Amy is a master facilitator who consults on strategy, unconscious bias, productive workplace culture, employee engagement, and helping companies make their products and research processes more inclusive. Born and raised in a diverse community where it was “cool” to try out for the high school’s race relations dialogue group, Amy holds a bachelor’s from Duke University and a Masters in Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon’s Heinz School.
